Dont wait any longer to sign up for the NJMPTA League Classic. Dont get shut out from the best tournament! Remember, the entries close at 128 teams!

The League Classic will once again be the best tournament in paddle. Since Ray Crosta Jr. won't be playing this year, he has promised to make sure the keg is flowing properly at all times. Get the full day pass from your wife and/or girlfriend and join us for a great day. We have turned away teams the last 3 years, so please enter early. See you on December 15th.

Do you play for a NJ club? If not, you are not eligible to participate. Also, last time I checked, the BigcheezPres@njmpta.org has no use for anyone@apta.com!

Who's gonna take the Classic this year?? Can Gumby and BK retain? I doubt it. Last year was a fluke, they'll make the semis or maybe even finals but their time has passed. Atkinson can only hold Kloss up for so long and rumor has it, neither one is playing much or well for that matter. Can the Bone play hard/,large? Possibly, but as we all know, "the Banks closed on Sunday" I predict a semi for them unless they get Brown/Ruppert in quarters. They can beat C/H and L/D but it'll be rough unless Bank takes his hands off PK jugular and and his scotch-on-the-rocks. Lubow/DeRose, the Buffalo Bills/Minnesota Vikings of the LC??? Forget it, maybe a semi unless they get Cosamanoff/Haller in their semi, then they may make finals again, but lots of teams that can give them fits.... Drew Broderick/T.Brown?? They'll be in heir late Saturday battling, but can they make the semis?? Thye just might do it this year. Cosamanoff/Haller?? Best bet... They're playing well but their are some tricky speedbumps for them such as Lubow/DeRose, "Never Talk about Me Here"/Kelly, Atkinson/Kloss, Hipkins/McNamara and Ruppert/Brown. Those are the only teams that can win it. I hear foulball/train is making her 5th consective appearance as is Johnnyfan. Its bound to be a great event as always with plenty of food, beer and " partyfavors."

I hear "Downtown" dumped Broderick for a weekend of paddling vegas strippers! Speaking of strippers, The Bayonne Bomber will be accompanied by Dr.90210 Peck. What does that team look like?

I would guess that they would have nice tubes? maybe the l-train will be rooting for the tube job instead of the 2 boob jobs (pk and the bank)!

With all the shenanigans that are about to commence in a matter of days, can we have a NCAA-type pool from the round of 32 through the finals? There ar so many characters that will be part-taking this weekend, I can hardly stand it. Johnny fan's supposed return to the NJ paddle scene, Liver eaters return to NJ, PK and "Never Talk about Me Here", nuf said. Jimmy Ward and his trunkfull of fun, Tony B and his vegas hookers., L-trains, planes and automobiles, Dead Lois sitting this one out from a paddle, not beer standpoint. Wondering just how many beers Jim Irwin can drink? Will BB wear those faggy blue shorts again? Who WILL crack the first beer (other than Jimmy W?) Can we just start the weekend now??? Whos going to win this thing? When is the draw going to be posted? This is riveting stuff isn't it?
