Here's the story of the second half.

With New Rochelle Tennis Clubs entry into the league expect some feathers to get ruffled in Division 8.

Former Ivy League Standout at Harvard, Bill Stanley will be borrowing a paddle and stepping onto a paddle court for the first time this Wednesday.  His opponent has one hell of a chance to notch a (resume maker) win before Bill figures out what he is doing.

Captain and Owner of NRTC Mike Aronstein realizes much of the talent he is sending out has never played Platform Tennis before.  He is rounding up a bunch of used paddles, and pairing the talent with anybody who knows the rules.  Mike said "everyone is excited to get into this sport and we hope the WPTL will be the catalyst that finally brings Platform Tennis Courts to NRTC".

I'll be following this match closely and report back on Thursday.

Finally, some real talent to watch grow, hopefully this will put an end to the Dockery saga.

C'mon "not dock fan" we all know the Dockery saga is FAR from over.  If he gets a win tonight in the 3 spot D2 we will hear all about it tmrw in great detail.  His game is unique and the new face of paddle has big plans for D1 next season.  Lot of chatter in bxvl about his match tonight.

Chris...I was able to get from AZ to WCC in time for the last part of the D1 WCC/Manursing match.  This guy they call "Omar" hit that guy Parsons right square in the kahunas.  it was quite the scene at 5-0 in the 3rd set.  Parsons and this other old timer won the match, but some damage was done

That would explain why I mistook him for his wife this morning, his voice is still much higher than it should be.  I hope when he recovers he will be able to talk about the incident.

Well boys Dockery is back in action - he got a big win for our team in the 4 spot.  Bx3 is on the move and Hickory stick was solid in his performance.  Sugar mixed it up and it came up spades.  Dockery used many trick shots and some fancy footwork to dazzle the fans.  They were centre court and the beer was flowing.  Lets see if he can go .500 in the 2nd half.....
