I-95 northbound and southbound
Take Exit 15, follow signs to Rte 7 north (Danbury). Stay on connector to end. Turn right at light down to intersection of Rte. 7. Turn left at light onto Rte. 7 north and continue about 4 miles. Y is on right, across from Wilton High School. Merritt Parkway to Exit 41. Southbound turn left at bottom of ramp, northbound turn right onto Rte. 33 north (Wilton). Continue on Rte. 33 to merge into Rte. 7 north. Continue on Rte. 7 north about 3 miles, y is on right, across from Wilton High School.
I-84 east or west to Danbury
Follow connector to Rte. 7 south (Norwalk). Continue on Rte. & south about 10 miles. Y is on left, across from Wilton High School.
I-91 south to New Haven
Connect to I-95 south (New York City) to Exit 15, follow signs to Rte 7 north (Danbury). Take connector to end. Turn right at light down to intersection of Rte. 7. Turn left at light onto Rte. 7 north and continue about 4 miles. Y is on right, across from Wilton High School.
