This court was originally Phoenixville Country Club’s.  I purchased both and sold one to Whitford which became their 4th court.

The court’s steel superstructure has some rust and needs to be sandblasted and painted.  Floor is original and in good condition - also needs painting, screens are tight and lights were new 10 years ago.
 
A new court today costs $50-$60,000.  Buyer responsible for removal and any landscape repairs needed because of damage from removal.
