DIVISIONS:
Under 14 – Boys/Girls Doubles
14-18 Girls Doubles
14-18 Boys Doubles
Age determined by the athlete’s age as of the first day of competition.
QUALIFICATION:
This is an open event. No pre-qualification is required.
ENTRY FEE:
$40.00 per athlete. Entry fees are non-refundable.
AAU MEMBERSHIP:
All athletes and coaches must be members of the AAU and be able to present their 2010 AAU membership
card at the time of check-in. AAU membership is $12.00 per youth athlete and $14.00 per coach (nonathlete).
The cost of the membership card is in addition to the entry fee. To become a member of the AAU,
register on-line at www.aausports.org. Select the sport of Tennis on your membership.
BEACH TENNIS USA
MEMBERSHIP:
A one-year membership to Beach Tennis USA is included in the entry fee.
FORMAT:
Pool play to playoffs. Specific format based on the number of teams per division.
AWARDS:
Special AAU Junior Olympic Games medals will be awarded to the top 4 teams. All participants will receive a
free AAU Junior Olympic Games T-shirt.
ENTRY DEADLINE:
Pre-Registration is required. All items must be received no later than Thursday, July 22, 2010. ANY
ENTRY FORM (S) NOT RECEIVED BY THE ABOVE-MENTIONED DEADLINE DATE MAY NOT BE
ACCEPTED! Guaranteed overnight delivery is strongly advised and will become necessary if it is the only way
to ensure that all forms are to be received by the published deadline date.
It is important that the following forms and all entry fees are returned together to the appropriate address.

ENTRY CONFIRMATION:
It is recommended to use an overnight mail service (i.e. FedEx, UPS) in order to track your entry. You can
track your packet with the airbill number. If you receive confirmation that your entry was delivered, then your
entry has been received and will be processed if complete.
The Local Organizing Committee has spent many hours planning and preparing for this AAU Event. In order to
make it a great success, we ask for your cooperation. It is the responsibility of the coach, designated person of
a team, or athlete to return all the necessary monies and completed forms by the deadline date.

Pre-Registration: All team entries must be received by July 22, 2010.
