The leader in innovation has taken the paddle tennis world by storm and introduced a new paddle racquet technology to enhance every players’ game.

Wilson understands the game of platform tennis achieving maximum spin on the ball is critical to the outcome of the match.  With the revolutionary Gator Grit technology, Wilson has tripled the amount of grit on the paddle surface on every racquet for extra bite to provide increased spin and feel of the ball. Gator Grit is now available on all 9 of Wilson’s new paddles.

With maximum grit must come maximum protection, so with every Gator Grit paddle the player will receive a free cover. The cover will not only protect the paddle but also player’s additional belongings carried in the bag from the coarse Gator Grit.

And for those of you that like to enjoy a beverage after your match, the Blitz High or Blitz Low may be the paddle for you.  These two paddles are designed with a bottle opener in every butt cap for easy opening of your beverage of choice.

The Blitz High and Blitz Low offer a larger hitting surface and a thinner beam than other traditional paddles. The Blitz High weighs 390g and is constructed with high density foam that features an oversize paddle with more control.  The Blitz Low weighs 375g and is constructed with low density focused on the player that wants more power in their game.

“Wilson is proud to offer the ever growing number of platform tennis players with a paddle they can depend on,” said Terri Graham, US Business Director of Indoor Racquet Sports. “Gator Grit is exactly what the game needed and we’re excited to get it on the court!”
