What’s best? Look for polycarbonate lenses. They are scratch-resistant, provide UV protection, and are virtually unbreakable. The frames should be polycarbonate or impact-resistant plastic. Padding at the bridge will help to cushion the blow in case of a direct hit.
Fit is important. You and your child need eyewear that fits your faces – otherwise it will either not provide protection or it will be uncomfortable and not be worn. Make sure there is a strap to keep your goggles securely in place.
You might not be able to save your knees, but you can certainly protect your eyes! Set a good example for your child and others!
