to the pros until a car accident ended his tennis career with
a broken shoulder and wrist. Chris was a senior at the time.
Five years later, in 1996, John Milbank introduced Chris to
platform tennis at the Navesink Country Club in New Jersey.

because he has never won a big tournament. Mike and Martin
have been playing paddle together only a few tournaments this
year and have a Semifinal in Rochester, and a quarterfinal
in Philadelphia and Connecticut. In Philadelphia, Gambino/Ohlmuller

was hit by a sniper hired by Gambino and he went down hard.
If not for this incident Gambino/Ohlmuller would have surely
lost. Mike's accomplishments in paddle are limited to a few
semifinals in tournaments, but has claim to fame of puting
Bonderant/Fielder into retirement. Holds or tied 7 place-kicking
records at Cornell University. Was tied for 3rd in nation
