Price Match Guarantee:

- 110% Low Price Match - If you find a lower price for any of the items available on our website, we’ll match that price plus give you 10% of the difference between our price and our competitor’s price.

- The item in question must be in stock in the same style, size, color and available for purchase at our competitor’s website.

- If you found it on a website, you need to provide the url (website address) where the product can be purchased.

- Does not apply to goods for purchase on auction websites and the seller must be an authorized retail dealer for the item in question.

- Prices must be in US dollars.

- If found at a retail location you will need to provide us with printed price advertisement and the phone number or address.

- Your refund will be issued in the same form as your original payment.

- This policy does not apply to special promotions or giveaways and may not be used in conjunction with any offer, coupon, or promotion.

- This offer is valid for 30 days after your purchase.

- We reserve the right to cancel this offer at any time.

 

Product Guarantees:

- Paddle Racquet and Footwear guarantees are through manufacturers.

- Platform Tennis balls are not guaranteed.

- If a product is damaged in shipping, please return to paddlepro.com for a replacement.

 

- New items may be returned for credit or exchange (less shipping) for 30 days.  Items must have original packaging.

- Used items may not be returned for a refund or credit.

- Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days.

- Items shipped between November 15th and December 31st may be returned until January 31st for a full refund or exchange (less shipping)

Did you get the wrong Paddle or related item this Christmas?   As a paddlepro customer we will take back that gift and exchange it for what you want! (even if the gift was not purchased from us)

 

Here’s how it works:

  1. The item must still be in New Condition

  2. We must currently sell this item or brand

  3. Customer sends this item back to paddlepro.com*

  4. Paddlepro inspects the item for condition and confirms we sell this item

  5. Paddlepro will credit your account the amount we currently sell this item for.

  6. You use this credit however you choose.
