- New items may be returned for credit or exchange (less shipping) for 30 days.
- Items damaged in shipping must be reported within 7 days.
- Items shipped between November 15th and December 31st may be returned until

Product Guarantees:
- Paddle Racquet and Footwear guarantees are through manufacturers.
- Platform Tennis balls are not guaranteed. 
- Once a product is used please contact the manufacturer.
- If a product is damaged in shipping please return to paddlepro.com for a replacement.

If you find a lower price for any of the items available on our website we’ll match that price plus give you 10% of the difference between our price and our competitor’s price.
