On Saturday, November 16th, Fox Meadow Tennis Club will host its
65th annual Jambles. This is a day long, mixed doubles paddle event
that has become a treasured tradition for the founding club of platform

The 65th consecutive
Fox Meadow JAMBLES was played on November 16th in blustery, rainy
weather but it did not deter the 24 teams from playing all day and
having a great time. In the Blue Flight Ann Manning and David Claiborne
defeated Stephanie Cassone and Steve Schwab. In the Red Flight Diane
Greco and Ed Pilla were successful over Gretchen Reuter and Brad
Dahle. In total 32 prizes were awarded and the whole crowd stayed
on for the cocktyail party - bufffet and raffle that followed a
fine day of paddle. |

On Saturday,
November 16th, Fox Meadow Tennis Club will host its 65th annual
Jambles. This is a day long, mixed doubles paddle event that has
become a treasured tradition for the founding club of platform tennis.
We want you to join us this year at the Jambles.
We have streamlined
the format of the J ambles to keep all the play at Fox Meadow, allowing
for more continuous paddle and more opportunities for socializing.
The Draw Committee will set up teams that will ensure both competitive
paddle and a friendly environment for A - B - C level players.
If you have
played in past Jambles, come on back. If you have never played in
the Jambles then you are missing a day of great paddle and great
fun. Treat yourself this year. The first step is to fill out the
attached entry form and send it back to us (with your check) as
quickly as possible. We don't want to put you on a waiting list.
The number of
participants is limited so that we can have all our matches at Fox
Meadow. Sign
up now to secure your reservation.
If you want
to bring a friend to play in the Jambles, that's fine too.. .though
we are sure you will have made lots of new friends by the time the
end of the day cocktails-buffet begins.
