The Sewickley YMCA
is hosting its annual Sewickley Valley YMCA Invitational March 2, 2003.
Last year’s event drew well over one hundred high caliber paddle
tennis players from a broad geographic area of Western Pennsylvania,
along with a large crowd of spectators. The event was supported by the
following organizations: the Edgeworth Club; Allegheny Country Club;
Shannopin Country Club; and the Sewickley Valley YMCA. Part of the day’s
fun was a lively silent auction of sensational items and gift certificates
donated by local merchants and friends of the YMCA. click
