For
Scott Slobin, the Head Racquets Professional at the
Patterson Club, this was the second year running the
event. Slobin commented how the level of play has improved
so much in one year. He attributes this to the increase
of Junior paddle programs and the increase of tournaments
on the Viking Paddle Tour. Slobin believes that the
APTA should consider moving the Junior National Championships
from an early January date to a late February or early
March date.
